Who We Are

Vision Impact is a faith-based organization whose purpose is to provide high quality affordable housing to deserving low and moderate income families.  The Company is registered under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act with 501 (c) (3) status from the IRS.   The Founder and Executive Director is Don Romer, who serves at the will and pleasure of the volunteer board of directors.  Its corporate office is located at 1452 Hughes Rd, #320, Grapevine, Texas 76051

Mission

Vision Impact will remain steadfast in its determination to add “Honest Economic Value” to the community as well as providing “Meaningful Personal Value” to the lives of the people affected.  The responsibilities and stewardship are great, but with the resourcefulness of our Board of Directors and the continued dedication of our talented team members, Vision Impact will be successful.  As always we are guided by motto:      “Rebuilding Homes, Hearts and Hope”

 

What we plan to do

Initially, Vision Impact focused on evaluating the needs of the community with a special emphasis on community service projects in the City of Irving.  The Organization has a long term commitment to help revitalize its community by providing more affordable housing though refurbishment of existing houses.  An emphasis on community service will always exist through the recruitment of volunteer teams from local businesses, corporations, churches and individuals.  A disaster relief team that works with other agencies in time of need will serve as another outreach program for Vision Impact.
